At Golden Nest, each piece is custom-made to preserve your most meaningful moments, which means every order is created just for you.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or make changes (including ring style or size). After this window, your piece has already entered the creation process and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Custom Orders & Returns
Due to the custom and hand-crafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each keepsake is one-of-a-kind. Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly

• Small air bubbles or natural variations may be present

These are normal and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
