Each Golden Nest piece is custom-made and handcrafted to preserve meaningful materials such as breastmilk, flowers, or ashes.

While we strive for accuracy, please note:

  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Each piece is unique and may include slight variations or small air bubbles

These are normal and part of the handmade process.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to the custom nature of our pieces:

  • Cancellations or changes are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours, your order has entered production and cannot be modified or canceled

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Golden Nest Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS & RETURNS

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
